The Game may offer virtual currency ("Salvage Coins") and premium subscriptions available for purchase with real money. Virtual currency and purchased items:
All purchases are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your credit card information.
Premium subscriptions (Commander, Strategist) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
The Game, including all code, graphics, designs, text, and gameplay systems, is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Game without our written permission.
User-generated content (e.g., alliance names, chat messages) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it within the Game.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data preservation, or specific gameplay outcomes. We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. Game worlds may end as part of normal gameplay (domination victory) or administrative action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of in-game progress, virtual currency, or purchased items due to technical issues, account actions, or game updates.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-game notification or email. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
